With over 25 years of experience operating a successful daycare, Memory has guided countless affiliates and new providers through launching and scaling profitable childcare businesses.
Her journey wasn’t easy. As a single mother overcoming struggle and sacrifice, she leaned on faith, resilience, and the support system God placed in her life. Through determination and vision, she built multiple successful ventures — from childcare to real estate investing to a luxury car service — and most recently, became a published author and Executive Childcare Business Strategist.
Today, she uses her experience to help others break generational barriers, build financial stability, and create purpose-driven childcare businesses.
When Memory isn’t consulting, she enjoys working out, spending quality time with her family, writing, and creating new avenues for personal and business growth.
